What do Issue Number One Studios sell?

We specialise in premium figures and sculptures from the world of comic-books and pop culture movies.

Which brand do you stock?

We currently stock Sideshow Collectibles, Hot Toys, Quantum Mechnanix, Blitzway, Mondo, Yamoto, Bandai-Tamashii Nations, Games Workshop and many more.

 

 

What kind of delivery service do you offer?

We offer a standard, free of charge, delivery service (for collecibles and sculptures) which will be delivered direct to your door within 7 working days. However, if you would like your brand new purchase on display in your home a little bit earlier we also offer next day delivery for an extra cost of just £7.50. Please note: all next day deliveries have a cut-off order time of 12.00pm.

For our tabletop games and gaming accessories – our standard delivery is £5.99 with next day delivery available for £7.50.

Is everything available for next day delivery?

We aim to have stock of the majority of items, however, there are some items which are only available for special order. Don’t worry though! All special items will be with you within 7 working days! If there is any change to this we will contact you via phone or email.

How do I reserve pre-order items?

You can reserve pre-orders in one of two ways: You can either purchase the item at full cost and once the item arrives into stock we will ship it straight out to you. Or if you prefer, you can place a 50% deposit down on the item and then when the item comes into gallery you will be prompted to pay the remaining balance. Once the remaining balance has been paid the item will then be shipped to you.

Please note: Once a deposit has been made or a pre-order has been fully paid for to reserve the item – this is a commitment to the order and to the item you have reserved. In the event of a cancellation request; no deposits will be returned after 24 hours, after the purchase/reservation of the item. Payment must be made within 4 weeks after the pre-ordered product has arrived into Issue Number One Studios and payment has been prompted. Failure to make payment within the allotted time will mean forfeit of the item and said item returned to general stock.

Do you have to set up an account to purchase an item?

Yes, you will be prompted to set up an account with us when you make a purchase. Once set-up you will be able to manage your pre-orders, view balances and purchase history.

What if I want to return an item I have ordered?

If you would like to return and item you have received delivery of, you are of course well within your right to do so, however, we must be notified within 48 hours after delivery of the item. I’ve just tried to order with my credit card, but it says “Vendor has not authorized payment”.  What does this mean?

We have very strict guidelines with our credit card payments, this is to ensure that YOUR card is properly protected! This error usually occurs if a different shipping address has been used to the cards billing address. ALL credit card orders must be shipped to the customers billing address.
